CT Vision – Pre Charge-Off Contact and Collections System
Encore utilizes Ontario System’s CT Vision™ Receivables Management System, a call and contact management system with fully integrated predictive dialer functionality.  CT Vision is a fully integrated database extension uniquely designed for pre charge-off portfolio management when working directly from our clients’ accounts receivable system.  CT Vision allows us to work from a client’s screen while simultaneously accessing additional information stored in our database.  This enables us to manage the collection process more effectively without keeping two databases in sync.  CT Vision enables us to:

• Prioritize accounts based on management selection criteria such as status, balance, age and follow-up date
• Route calls intelligently based on ownership or skill sets using ANI (automatic number identification) and DNIS (dialed number identification service), respectively
• Automate account flow based on work standards to improve productivity
• Integrate (fully blended inbound/outbound) predictive dialing.

Flexible Automated Collection System (FACS) – Post Charge-Off Financial System of Record
Our post charge-off (primary) collection system is FACS™ (Flexible Automated Collection System), which presents a fully integrated modular system providing proprietary, state-of-the-art software and hardware solutions. FACS benefits our operations by:

• Providing effective campaign management and a complete record of customer interactions
• Routing calls intelligently based on ownership or skill sets using ANI (automatic number identification) and DNIS (dialed number identification service), respectively
• Improving productivity by automating account flow based on work standards.

GC Compact PCI – Integrated Inbound and Outbound Predictive Dialer
To compliment the FACS component, Encore operates OSC’s GC Compact PCI, a fully integrated inbound and outbound predictive dialing system.  Integration of outbound dialing with inbound calls allows for prioritization of higher probability contacts.
